  • Um die zehntausenden von Auftr\u00e4gen pro Tag zu verarbeiten, m\u00fcssen die Farben zuverl\u00e4ssig und immer gleichm\u00e4\u00dfig produziert werden. Es ist unm\u00f6glich, jedes einzelne Produkt manuell zu pr\u00fcfen und gleichzeitig eine gleichbleibend hohe Bild- und Farbqualit\u00e4t zu gew\u00e4hrleisten. Die Dateien, die ihre Partner hochgeladen hatten, bestanden aus verschiedenen Farben. Eine individuelle Anpassung der Farben f\u00fcr jeden Auftrag ist unm\u00f6glich, daher m\u00fcssen die Farben immer und \u00fcberall stimmen. Und es muss eine Methode geben, die dies garantiert, die von jedem Mitarbeiter auf jeder Ebene ohne subjektive Kriterien durchgef\u00fchrt werden kann.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Das andere Problem, das sich aus der schieren Menge der Auftr\u00e4ge ergibt, ist, dass die Verschachtelung ein Muss ist, um die Effizienz zu steigern. Ineffiziente Verschachtelung ist ein offensichtliches Problem, aber das gr\u00f6\u00dfere Problem besteht darin, zu verfolgen, wo sich jeder einzelne Auftrag befindet, noch dazu, wenn ein Nachdruck erforderlich ist oder wenn der Auftrag aus mehreren Produkten oder Kopien besteht.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Die Verfolgung der Artikel im Druck- und Schneideauftrag muss vollst\u00e4ndig automatisiert werden.     „Die Dateien, die unsere Partner hochladen, bestehen aus verschiedenen Farben. Diese Dateien m\u00fcssen in eine Druckdatei umgewandelt werden, damit der Drucker die richtigen Farben liest. Die Software von PrintFactory erledigt das f\u00fcr uns. Das Sch\u00f6ne daran ist, dass dies auch zentral geschieht, so dass wir es viel besser verwalten k\u00f6nnen.“<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Hinter den Kulissen verwendet die PrintFactory-Software einen Algorithmus, der alle durch die Farbabweichung verursachten Probleme l\u00f6st.<\/p>\n

    Bei der Einrichtung arbeiteten wir eng mit dem Team zusammen, um sicherzustellen, dass eine Umstellung keine Unterbrechungen verursachte. Das Unternehmen entschied sich f\u00fcr unseren Automatisierungsplan im SaaS-Format (Software as a Service), und wir waren die ganze Zeit vor Ort, um die Drucker beim ersten Mal einzurichten und zu kalibrieren. Die Schulung des Personals vor Ort war nat\u00fcrlich eine Selbstverst\u00e4ndlichkeit.<\/p>\n

Unsere Device-Link-Engine liefert die von Probo ben\u00f6tigte Farbqualit\u00e4t und -konsistenz \u00fcber alle Ger\u00e4te und Bedruckstoffe hinweg, und (da das EcoSave-Modul weniger Tinte verbraucht, ohne die Farbtreue zu beeintr\u00e4chtigen) sind die Einsparungen unter dem Strich unternehmensweit.
