Il est impossible de v\u00e9rifier manuellement chaque produit individuel tout en garantissant une qualit\u00e9 d&rsquo;image et de couleur \u00e9lev\u00e9e et constante. Les fichiers t\u00e9l\u00e9charg\u00e9s par leurs partenaires \u00e9taient de couleurs diff\u00e9rentes. Il est impossible d&rsquo;ajuster individuellement les couleurs pour chaque travail, c&rsquo;est pourquoi les couleurs doivent \u00eatre correctes, \u00e0 chaque fois, tout le temps. Et il doit y avoir une m\u00e9thode qui le garantisse et qui puisse \u00eatre appliqu\u00e9e par tous les employ\u00e9s \u00e0 tous les niveaux, sans crit\u00e8res subjectifs.    <\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L&rsquo;autre probl\u00e8me que pose le volume des commandes est que l&rsquo;imbrication est indispensable pour gagner en efficacit\u00e9. L&rsquo;imbrication inefficace est un probl\u00e8me \u00e9vident, mais le plus grand probl\u00e8me est de savoir o\u00f9 se trouve chaque commande individuelle, encore plus lorsqu&rsquo;une r\u00e9impression est n\u00e9cessaire ou si la commande se compose de plusieurs produits ou copies. <\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le suivi des \u00e9l\u00e9ments dans le travail d&rsquo;impression et de d\u00e9coupe doit \u00eatre enti\u00e8rement automatis\u00e9. Ces fichiers doivent \u00eatre convertis en fichier d&rsquo;impression pour que l&rsquo;imprimante lise les bonnes couleurs. Le logiciel de PrintFactory s&rsquo;en charge pour nous. Ce qui est bien, c&rsquo;est que cette op\u00e9ration est \u00e9galement centralis\u00e9e, ce qui nous permet de mieux la g\u00e9rer.<\/strong><\/p><p>En coulisses, le logiciel PrintFactory utilise un algorithme qui r\u00e9sout tous les probl\u00e8mes li\u00e9s \u00e0 la d\u00e9rive des couleurs.<\/p><p>Pour l&rsquo;installation, nous avons travaill\u00e9 en \u00e9troite collaboration avec l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe afin de nous assurer qu&rsquo;un basculement n&rsquo;entra\u00eenerait pas de perturbations. Ils ont opt\u00e9 pour notre plan d&rsquo;automatisation sous la forme d&rsquo;un logiciel en tant que service (SaaS), et nous sommes rest\u00e9s sur place pendant toute la dur\u00e9e de l&rsquo;op\u00e9ration pour installer et calibrer leurs imprimantes d\u00e8s la premi\u00e8re fois. La formation du personnel sur place allait de soi.  <\/p><p>La bo\u00eete \u00e0 outils de gestion des couleurs de PrintFactory et la technologie de profilage li\u00e9e \u00e0 l&rsquo;appareil permettent d\u00e9sormais de faire correspondre les visuels et les \u00e9preuves &#8211; \u00e0 chaque fois, \u00e0 chaque fois.
