Making Printers Sing at C!Print 2017
This year marked PrintFactory’s first visit to C!Print 2017 (26-28 September 2017, Madrid, Spain) and it was one that did not disappoint.
C!Print, which is held annually, brings together professionals from all sectors of the visual communication market to share the latest industry trends and game-changing technologies.
During the three-day event, we celebrated the 25th anniversary of one of our valued partners, DigitalHiRes, and exhibited alongside them to show the multiple benefits and transformative efficiency gains offered by wide format automated workflow technologies.
We were delighted to have the opportunity to showcase PrintFactory’s integrated workflow driving production, as well as the sharpness and vivid color quality that can be achieved through our advanced colour profile creation and management. These features were on full display on the exhibition floor, where demonstrations of our software driving devices, including Inca’s powerful Spyder X flatbed printer – capable of printing at 150m2/hr – drew in the crowds.
PrintFactory powered multiple devices printing on a range of substrates, including Red-Bond matt and gloss black aluminum composite material (ACM), 150gsm silk paper, Avery self adhesive gloss vinyl, Falcon Board corrugated and Red-Bond white ACM.
Attendees were particularly impressed by the consistently accurate and high-quality color output and detail achieved by PrintFactory in comparison to rival RIP solutions when printing on different media, across different devices.
Raising PrintFactory’s profile in the Spanish market was one of our key aims at C!Print, and we were blown away by the reception we received at the show and the number of people who were excited to learn more about the time savings and efficiency benefits of color management and workflow automation.
C!Print was an excellent opportunity to showcase the consistently high-quality, crisp and clear color output that could be achieved across devices driven by PrintFactory, and we look forward to exhibiting again next year.
