For many years, Erik Strik worked with the industry’s leading print pioneers, leading the search for colour consistency and practical, fresh approaches to eliminate the everyday problems that arise on the factory floor. If you know Erik then you’ll also know that his enthusiasm for delivering perfect colour, consistently, at any scale and right across a large format workflow – no matter what the environment or how complex – is the driving force behind PrintFactory.

Originally from Singapore, now based in Shanghai. Ivan has over 22 years of sales management experience across Asia Pacific including Japan. With his passion for colour management and a strong believer of digitalisation in prints - Ivan joined PrintFactory Asia Pacific in 2015 as the Managing Director making waves in China and the industry. His extensive market knowledge was built on from his earlier career in advertising, sales development, marketing programs and providing training in colour solutions. Ivan is responsible for Commercial Projects globally. Ivan is known for his exuberant energy and leadership qualities.

Simon has worked in large format, digital and offset printing for almost 30 years. He’s our high-end colour guru, a specialist in all things technical. It would be fair to say that he has a huge wealth of knowledge and practical experience in setting up advanced colour managed and streamlined production workflows, now primarily in digital wide format and industrial markets. Simon makes it his mission to evidence the tangible benefits of automated, colour managed technologies for Large Format printing companies, stuck in a traditional and wasteful workflow rut, to maximise their profitability.

Mirko is a hands-on technical expert, ensuring our customers get maximum benefits from PrintFactory’s automated production processes. His expertise covers all kinds of client environments, ensuring best practice for large format printing workflows is shared worldwide.

Kristel has worked in the industry for over 15 years, seven of which have been hands-on in production. Understanding the technical challenges of large format print, she’s always on hand to help our customers improve their pre-press and production efficiency.

Debra supports our teams and dealers by helping to communicate the value of PrintFactory to our customers – making it easier to get the most from our connected suite of workflow software tools.

Giovanni has over 25 years technical and commercial expertise in digital, conventional and screen printing. He is dedicated to colour, from photographic capture, through vision to printing.

Gio is responsible for providing innovative solutions to improve and speed up production processes for PrintFactory customers across Italy

Florian has more than 10 years of experience in the graphic printing industry. He knows all the requirements of printing companies and has extensive experience with workflow software and colour management, especially in LFP and industrial printing applications.

With a Bachelor of Technology in Graphic Communications, Michelle has 16 years of experience in the graphic communications and printing industry. Michelle began her career in prepress and went on to work in customer service and sales. The vast majority of her career was spent as a technical support and training specialist for GMG Color, dealing with color management issues and highly technical issues. Her experience with the PrintFactory software comes from her previous position, where she supported it for eight years.

Gabriel has worked in the graphics industry for almost 20 years, beginning in the prepress and color management industries before moving into digital printing. He has had the privilege of collaborating with major distributors and customers in various Latin American countries. His experience in graphic communication, packaging, sign & display, and textiles, as well as in the design and production process, has enabled him to consult with large companies in the industry. Across all these visits where customers encountered various production issues, workflow constraints, and color challenges, the software has always contributed to improving and solving problems in production and workflow, generating rapid profitability and saving time and money as a result.

With more than 20 years of experience in the printing industry, Pedro began his career in the family screen printing company, taking over, leading, and evolving the entire production of digital printing as well as specializing in large format printing and all its range of services. His experience includes working as a product specialist in software integration (SaaS), as a pre-sales and technical team leader, and as an international sales manager for customers and distributors throughout Latin America.

Kevin brings his expertise to PrintFactory in the role of regional technical manager. As a keen problem-solver, our customers in the region benefit from Kevin’s insights about unique, day-to-day challenges in LFP and his excellent, practical solutions to get the best from PrintFactory.

Danny Qiu is the Sales Director of PrintFactory China. He graduated from Shanghai Publishing and Printing College and has seven years of experience in the digital printing industry. Danny is the head of the Sales department at PrintFactory China. Due to Danny's enthusiasm and responsible attitude toward every customer, our business has grown in the past year. PrintFactory has gained recognition in the Chinese market and achieved good sales results!

Adam’s experience with day-to-day large format print challenges and end-client requirements helps him deliver a top-notch service to our customers. His technical know-how ensures our dealer network and their customers get optimum results.

With over 15 years in the industry, Andy offers his colour expertise and technical know-how in both pre-sales and support for our customers. His wide range of colour management applications, profiling and print knowledge ensures customers and dealers get the most from PrintFactory installations.

Vio supports PrintFactory’s Dealers and Customers, as well as our  internal sales and tech teams, to ensure their day-to-day sales, technical queries and overall customer experiences are met. Vio has many years' experience in sales, contract negotiation and has worked at a dealer for many years - so she understands the LFP Industry. Vio loves to travel and meet new people in her spare time.

Angela plays a central role, supporting our management teams and organizing our PrintFactory attendance at events and exhibitions throughout the year. Angela keeps an eye on everything, ensuring our teams are always available for customer support, worldwide.
