WHERE DO I BUY PRINTFACTORY?
A PrintFactory Subscription can be purchased via one of our Distributors, Dealers or directly from us.
STEP 1: REQUEST A TRIAL
We require some information from you to configure the license including the Printers and Cutters you will be using the software on (so that we can configure your license) including the make and model
We set up a Trial license and you will get an email with instructions on how to activate your software – its that easy!
STEP 2: CONVERT TO SaaS
When your trial finishes it will AUTOMATICALLY convert to a Monthly SaaS subscription.

- Effortless Inquiry Process: Simply fill out a form, and a member of our Sales Team or one of our trusted Dealer Partners will promptly reach out to assist you.
- European VAT Requirement: For our European customers, please ensure you provide a valid VAT number, including the Country Code (e.g., NL123456789 or PL123456789) to facilitate the process.
- Dealer Support and Training: Our network of Dealer Partners offers expert installation support, and some can even provide training. This option is particularly valuable for customers seeking additional assistance and guidance.
- Consider Your Options: Please be aware that transitioning from a Direct Option to a Dealer Option at a later date may result in additional costs. We recommend making the right choice from the outset to ensure a smooth and cost-effective experience.

- Mandatory Account Information: During the PrintFactory download process, you will be prompted to provide your account information. Please note that the software cannot be downloaded without this essential step.
- 7-Day Free Test Period: Upon downloading, you will enjoy a complimentary 7-day test period. Following this, your subscription will commence automatically, allowing you to experience the benefits of PrintFactory hassle-free.
- Streamlined Self-Service: Tailored for smaller print shops, this option is entirely self-service. We do not offer on-site installation or support. Training is conveniently accessible through instructional videos and tutorials available on our help site, ensuring ease of use and independence.
