Simon has worked in large format, digital and offset printing for almost 30 years. He’s our high-end colour guru, a specialist in all things technical. It would be fair to say that he has a huge wealth of knowledge and practical experience in setting up advanced colour managed and streamlined production workflows, now primarily in digital wide format and industrial markets. Simon makes it his mission to evidence the tangible benefits of automated, colour managed technologies for Large Format printing companies, stuck in a traditional and wasteful workflow rut, to maximise their profitability.

Originally from Singapore, now based in Shanghai. Ivan has over 22 years of sales management experience across Asia Pacific including Japan. With his passion for colour management and a strong believer of digitalisation in prints – Ivan joined PrintFactory Asia Pacific in 2015 as the Managing Director making waves in China and the industry. His extensive market knowledge was built on from his earlier career in advertising, sales development, marketing programs and providing training in colour solutions. Ivan is responsible for Commercial Projects globally. Ivan is known for his exuberant energy and leadership qualities.

With more than 20 years of experience in the printing industry, Pedro began his career in the family screen printing company, taking over, leading, and evolving the entire production of digital printing as well as specializing in large format printing and all its range of services. His experience includes working as a product specialist in software integration (SaaS), as a pre-sales and technical team leader, and as an international sales manager for customers and distributors throughout Latin America.

Danny Qiu is the Sales Director of PrintFactory China. He graduated from Shanghai Publishing and Printing College and has seven years of experience in the digital printing industry. Danny is the head of the Sales department at PrintFactory China. Due to Danny’s enthusiasm and responsible attitude toward every customer, our business has grown in the past year. During her eight-year tenure with GMG Color, Michelle acquired extensive expertise in supporting PrintFactory software, which eventually led her to take on the role of support for PrintFactory USA. Gabriel has worked in the graphics industry for almost 20 years, beginning in the prepress and color management industries before moving into digital printing. He has had the privilege of collaborating with major distributors and customers in various Latin American countries. His experience in graphic communication, packaging, sign & display, and textiles, as well as in the design and production process, has enabled him to consult with large companies in the industry. Across all these visits where customers encountered various production issues, workflow constraints, and color challenges, the software has always contributed to improving and solving problems in production and workflow, generating rapid profitability and saving time and money as a result.
Vio supports PrintFactory’s Dealers and Customers, as well as our internal sales and tech teams, to ensure their day-to-day sales, technical queries and overall customer experiences are met. Vio has many years’ experience in sales, contract negotiation and has worked at a dealer for many years – so she understands the LFP Industry. Vio loves to travel and meet new people in her spare time.
